The 2021 Summit presented by Delta Dental of Colorado and VF Corporation is a full-day conference designed for CSR professionals of all levels, company sizes and industries. The Summit will provide leading expertise, best practices and trends in 12 workshops and two national keynotes to accelerate CSR strategies and the profession.

Virtual Small Biz Quarterly Roundtable

Please join B:CIVIC’s small and entrepreneurial business members for our “Small Biz” affinity group. This group holds quarterly conversations on issues of particular interest to smaller companies and solo practitioners who recognize doing good is also good for business.
This roundtable is intended for companies with 100 employees or less.

BOK Financial donated $10,000 to WarriorNOW, its 2021 Guide the Giving winner. Employees had the opportunity to nominate and vote for favorite nonprofits to win.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck shared its 2020 Community Impact Report. The report highlights all the ways they provided financial, volunteer and leadership support to the communities they work in over the last year.

CoBank donated $100,000 to five local organizations in the area impacted by Hurricane Ida. The donation will support Hurricane Ida relief efforts.

The Denver Metro Chamber released its 2021 annual report. Find out all the ways the Chamber and its family of organizations, including B:CIVIC, accomplished over the last year.

Fast Company released its annual list of 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators to celebrate organizations that continue to foster creative cultures. Congrats to Comcast for being honored.

Group14 Engineering continues to partner with Denver Scholarship Foundation to provide scholarships and internships.

JUST Capital released a list of 32 companies leading for their workers by industry. Congrats to B:CIVIC members, including Anthem, Comcast, Lockheed Martin and Southwest Airlines, for being featured.

Liberty Global released its new strategy for connected communities through volunteering. With a goal to empower employees and support the communities, the company is now offering more opportunities for employees to give back.

PEOPLE identified the top companies supporting their employees and communities for the 100 Companies That Care list. Congrats to B:CIVIC members Anthem, Bank of America, KPMG and Twilio for being recognized.

Vail Resorts granted 11 organizations $560,000 as part of an commitment to increase youth access to outdoor recreation. Each of the partners works to support youth of color in metropolitan areas surrounding Vail Resorts’ locations.

Western Union and other organizations are stepping up to join the Tent Coalition for Afghan Refugees. The coalition is exploring opportunities to hire, train or help integrate Afghans into their communities in meaningful ways.
