Lora Ledermann
Founder, CEO & Creative Director, Scream Agency
Lora Ledermann grew up on a 40-acre wooded farm in Southern Minn. She raised pigs, milked cows and of course, had a horse. Today, we might say she was a farm-to-table, organic child. It was this foundation of hard work and heartiness that got her to where she is today.
Lora started Scream Agency 23 years ago as an integrated advertising and public relations agency. Today, the agency is still 100% woman-owned and is a B Corp with a mantra: be seen, be heard, and be good.
Over the years, Lora has worked with several national and international brands; authored numerous articles; been honored by the DBJ as a Colorado “40 under Forty” business leader; recognized as a finalist for the “Outstanding Women in Business” Award; and is the founder of the Scream Scram 5K Run/Walk in that has raised over $500,000 for MS and the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver.
When she’s not being creative at the office, she’s being creative raising kids, coaching, running, hiking, camping, and traveling around the world.

Laura Love launched GroundFloor Media out of her Boulder basement more than 17 years ago. The agency has been recognized six times by OUTSIDE magazine as one of the top 10 “Best Places to Work” in America (twice at No. 1). Entrepreneurship is her passion and community involvement is her way of life. She serves on the boards of Havern School and Tennyson Center for Children. In 2015, she created the Get Grounded Foundation, the agency’s private 501(c)(3) charitable arm and in 2016 Laura led the agency in becoming a Certified B Corporation® by the global nonprofit B Lab®.
