The State of the CSR and ESG Profession in Colorado

The corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental social governance (ESG) profession has significantly evolved over the years. Consumer expectations and environmental pressures have elevated the importance and demand for the work. While most companies now recognize CSR and ESG as essential business functions, the professionals who carry out this work vary in title, responsibilities and motivations, matching the uniqueness of each company they serve.   

This survey collected information from professionals in the greater CSR and ESG field. All survey responses are anonymous, and the data has been gathered cumulatively into this snapshot of results. To further benchmark and increase transparency for this profession in Colorado, B:CIVIC will annually continue this assessment and identify trends.
