Add an Employee of Your Company to the B:CIVIC Members Only Online Site
Why Add Someone? And Who to Add:
Adding employees from your company allows them access to the B:CIVIC Members Only online site (resources, etc.) and the benefits which company membership status confers. Additionally, we will also include them in our e-newsletter distribution which provides information about programs and events, company highlights, and links to relevant CSR information.
Consider adding employees with roles in HR, marketing, communications, sustainability, government affairs, strategy/planning, business development, compliance, executive management, and of course, all those in corporate social responsibility, the company philanthropic foundation, and the like.
In growing the circle of employees who are B:CIVIC members, you create meaningful bridges within your company and across companies, to improve your company’s community engagement, employee relations, philanthropy and business strategy. Acces to “Add an Employee” Member Form:
Individuals who are the “main” company contact for their company membership able to add other employees and associates from their company to the B:CIVIC Members only on-line site. (https://bcivic.memberclicks.net/login)
If you are the main company contact, you may proceed to access the “add an employee/member” form. If you are not sure who is the main company contact, please contact us at 720-428-7001 or email us at jessica.welser@bcivic.org and we will help you identify that person.
If you are not the “main” B:CIVIC company member contact, you may receive an error message upon trying to access the “add” form. Please contact us at 720-428-7001 or email us at jessica.welser@bcivic.orgus so we know of your interest, and can assist in adding you and/or additional employees to the member database.
Follow these steps to add an employee:
- Proceed if you are the designated main company representative.
- If you are not the “main” B:CIVIC company member contact, you may receive an error message upon trying to access the “add” form.
- Each member company is assigned to a “group” based on the size of the company relative to the number of employees the company has within Colorado. Based on your company’s membership group (size), select the corresponding form further below to add additional employees as B:CIVIC members. Confirm the group (size) for your company by looking at the company profile or your own profile.
Size is based upon number of company employees in Colorado (Please note, company size in our system may not reflect the most accurate company numbers)
- Large Group: Add an employee (of a member company) in the Large Group (501+ employees)
- Medium Group: Add an employee (of a member company) in the Medium Group (101-500 employees)
- Small Group: Add an employee (of a member company) in the Small Group (51-100 employees)
- Entrepreneurial Group: Add an employee (of a member company) in the Entrepreneurial Group (1- 50 employees)
- Chamber Group: Add an employee (of a member company) in the Chamber Group (various numbers of employees)

- The form asks for information about the company and the employee(s) to be added, such as their name, title, email, phone number, etc.
- The form has 2 pages, and both pages must be completed.
- After you submit the form, contact us regarding the login username and password for the employee.
