The Community First Foundation, with the Denver Business Journal, invites businesses to join the “Corporate Challenge” on Colorado Gives Day, December 6th. The Colorado Gives Day Corporate Challenge, presented by the Denver Business Journal, involves the Colorado business community in the state’s largest single-day giving initiative by helping businesses take an active, public role in supporting local nonprofit organizations. The Challenge is an opportunity for businesses and their employees to show their generosity and build company pride and connections among employees. FirstBank is the Corporate Partner with Community First Foundation in presenting Colorado Gives Day. Sponsorship of Colorado Gives Day is among FirstBank’s largest community investment programs. FirstBank and Community First each contributed $500,000 to create a $1Million Incentive fund for nonprofits, which increases the value of every Gives Day donation proportionally. FirstBank is also providing $100,000 in cash prizes to give nonprofits an opportunity to win cash for their causes.
